Forest Hills Place

When I was there it was nice they had no bed bugs awesome staff I wish I would have never left I would still be walking

My mother moved to Forest Hills Place a week ago. The staff has been superb from the moment they arrived at my parent's house for the assessment - kind, attentive, patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. Mom "loves" the staff and thinks they are "lovely" people. The place is also lovely, with light bright apartments and extensive landscaping. It has a good energy, with lots of activities - Mom has already started going to their daily exercise class! The family is relieved to have found such a wonderful place for Mom. I can not highly enough recommend them

This is a well-kept facility that is very pleasant to visit.My mother is a resident and always tells me how much she likes living there, how much she loves the staff and the other residents, even the food. Her apartment has very tall ceilings and is bright and airy with large windows and a lovely view. Once in a while the nursing care seems, to me, a little uneven. But overall I really like the staff I've interacted with, especially the activities coordinator, and am glad we found this for her.

Not a place to place loved ones… Remember this memory care facility failed to keep one of their residents safe. The resident in the middle of winter found herself outside, and not being able to facilitate entry back into the facility, froze to death. They are still dealing with “ bedbugs” which have been an issue for the last (5) five years.

I kid you NOT!! This place is currently infested with bed bugs and the company isn't doing anything about it. They keep moving residents around to empty rooms and not treating the issue. they're calling the bites on the residents spider bites!!! They haven't notified family and trying to keep it hush hush!! The infestation is so bad the furniture in the lobbies have it!!!!! Watch and you'll see employees walking around with their pants in long socks and spray bottles of alcohol on the counters. They advertise this place as assisted living but they take anyone and then it's hard to properly care for the resident because it's staffed as an assisted living and most of the aides have zero training!!! Residents urinate and poop on the floors, in chairs and on walls....This is not a drill!!! DON
