They were very patient and very good with us.The nurse my mom had made her feel safe as it is.My mom is 72 years, so she gets nervous! from the nurse that took her in to the anesthesia, doctors and everybody's attitude was great there the front desk girl was awesome too no attitudes at this place at all.Of course, you have to wait a while, and it's a little small, but otherwise in that great customer service.

Dr. Huafeng Shen was very humble, kind and concerned about my situation upon my visit to his office. He gave me two choices whether I wanted to try changing my diet in taking more fiber or proceed with one of the procedures. If I did decide on this procedure he explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. After a week I decided to go with the procedure to elevate my worries and to har him check for anything internally. At the time of the procedure he was able to find something and take care of it with the banding procedure. As of today after many weeks of a full recovery I can say I feel back to normal and have not experienced any symptoms like I had prior to seeing him. I have also taken his advice and have increased fiber so that everything runs smoothly.

I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Shen. He took the time to attentively listen to my medical history and thoroughly review all of my past diagnostic results. I never felt rushed during the visit. He clearly explained the course of treatment for my NASH/MASH, and I feel lucky to have found a doctor who genuinely shows empathy for his patients.

I have issues with my digestion that I saw so many Drs in California for over the years. After many years of frustration, I found Dr Shen who has turned out to be a god send! He is a very personable and a skilled professional. I feel l can trust him as a doctor. I also feel as if I say matter to him. Very lucky to have found. His nurse/coordinator, Rosa is also very kind as well as efficient.

I love all my Doctors at United Medical Doctors. First time seeing Doctor Shen , him and his team made me feel safe and cared for during my procedure.
