Rude customer service. No urgency to get you help even during minor emergencies (inhaler refills, medication renewal etc). This place is not LGBT friendly. Doctor I saw does not provide Prep which is wild, and I believe due to religious reasons.

I have been going to this location for years. After the covid pandemic, things changed for understandable reasons. However, the past year and even recently , the staff , especially at the front desk are lackluster, to say the least. There is no reason why an employee at a front desk, should be talking about a patient in front of them to or their coworkers. That patient being my husband . Additionally, these new Staff members, specifically at the front desk, do not have any phone etiquette. When a patient or even a potential patient calls in, the desk staff, should be saying their first name after they say HSHS medical group. The individual I spoke with, didn't do that nor did she say a proper closing/goodbye, she just hung up. This is not appropriate and I will not stand for that dis

I VISITED THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE ON THE 11AUG.25 OF DR.DAHM THE OLD ER WHITE LADY TOLD ME SHE NEEDED A COUPLE OF SIGNATURES ON THE KEYPAD BUT I ASKED DO I OLE A CO- PAY OR BILL SHE REPLIED NO, BUT COULDN’T EXPLAIN THOUGHTFUL ENOUGH ABOUT THE PAPER DUE TO BEING MIDDLE-AGED AND CONCERNED ABOUT IT BUT HAND ME THE LAMENTING CHART OF IT TO READ WHEN SHE TALKED ABOUT RUINING A COPY OFF BUT DIDNT. I READ THE CHART BRIEFLY AND HANDED IT BACK TO HER AT HER DISMAY. SIGN MY TWO INITIALS AND SAT DOWN. I SAT FOR AT LEAST EIGHT MINUTES LATER , THAT WHEN THE MIDDLE -AGE FEMALE CALLED ME AND HANDED ME SOME SELF HEALTH QUESTIONS SHEETS ON A CLIPBOARD TO ME, WHEN I APPROACHED AND SAID ONE OF YOU GUYS COULD HAVE HANDED ME THIS TO FILL-OUT AS I WAS SITTING AND WAITING TO BE CALLED FOR MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT,

Specifically for their new phlebotomist - she’s amazing! I barely felt the needle, and she was so quick I didn’t even catch her name to call her out - but thank you!!
