Howell Branch Dental Care

After my hygienist departed from my previous practice, which was taken over by Sage Dental, my experience became quite frustrating. Fortunately, I discovered this office through Facebook, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Kellyn provided an excellent cleaning, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. The dentist addressed all my questions thoroughly, and the front office staff remembered my name from my very first visit. Overall, I’m very pleased and plan to continue my care with them!

Wanted to find a new dentist and just happened to get a mailer recently so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. They are very professional, the office is very nice and clean and Dr Stetler was amazing. She took a good deal of time to explain my treatment plan and didn’t rush me at all. The office staff were all very nice and friendly. I’m very happy with my choice to try Lake Howell Dental Care and would definitely recommend them.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the dentures I received from ‘Howell Branch Dental Care’ in 2023. Over a two-year period (2023-2025), these dentures required repairs due to breaking, five separate times, each taking between two and three weeks to receive the denture. Unfortunately, every time the dentures were returned to me as “fixed,” they broke again within two days, causing significant inconvenience and distress. When I raised concerns about the repeated failures and asked about a warranty, your staff stated that the act of repairing them five times constituted the warranty. In addition, the office manager recommended I change the foods I eat. These dentures would break even with the softest of foods, i.e. rice. I find this explanation unacceptable, as it doe

All of the staff at Lake Howell Branch Dental Care are awesome!!! So wonderful and very polite!!! Kellen, Brandy, Dr. Amanda and the receptionist at the front desk Amayda are such beautiful souls !!! All of my visits have been such a great experience because of these women!!! They care so much about their patients and have a passion for what they do !!! I’m so grateful for each one of them!!!
