Howard Radiology

I had a procedure done with this company and had family emergencies which caused me to lose track of making a payment on the bill. I spoke with the collection agency and was told Howard Radiology charged the late fee, so I called Sheterra and was told the collection company charged the fee. Sheterra informed me if the late fee was charged by Howard Radiology then they would have waived the amount because of my situation. Sheterra seemed concerned and sympathetic and informed me she would call the collection company, so they can relay the correct information to the customers. Sheterra also said she would talk with them and they may be willing to wave the fee. I called the collection agency and spoke with Stephanie to check on the status of the late fee and was told Howard Radiology inform

Howard Radiology is the worst clinic in the country. They bill incorrectly and then proceed to make you pay for ultrasounds without sending the proper documentation to your insurance. Ms Wilson and Ms McDonald are not effective at their jobs. If you want to be charged incorrectly and treated with disdain and disrespect, then go there otherwise find somewhere else where there are competent employees.

The care and quality I would never compare to billing…there’s far worse things that mentioned if you want to call this the “worse place” I DO NOT CONCUR! They are always pleasant very helpful and super respectful of one’s time.
