I was a customer there for years because of dental work that they kept fixing for no cost because the crown kept coming off. Dr Adam tried to blame the endodontist who immediately saw me, took imagines and explained the implant was perfect. As soon as the dentist told the office to charge for a new part I was out. I happily paid a new dentist in town and have never had an issue again. It has been over 2 years. Also, over the years when I would check my billing I had to call and correct because I was charged for things that were not done. I had been at that office for at least 10 years. I would not recommend. Search around and read reviews, This office with the specific dentist mentioned is thumbs down.

New patient on a first time visit. Very friendly staff all around and great customer service. Ashley and Dr. H were great and explained everything they were doing in plain English (not dental speak) so I could understand. My teeth are in good hands.

My dental hygienist Tammy was wonderful! She was patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. I never felt like she was rushing through the job. She was very friendly and easy to talk with. The dentist was also wonderful! I’m so glad that we have her at our Bluffton office. She didn’t just come in and look around quickly on my teeth and tell me everything looks great. I really felt like she took her time to thoroughly analyze all of my teeth and explain what was going on as well as what future treatment looks like for me.

I wish I could leave zero stars. We booked appointments as new patients seven months out. Our appointment was canceled the day of cleaning because hygienist was not available. It was rescheduled and canceled again same day because no hygienist was available. I called to reschedule a third time and was told that they might couldn’t do x-rays and cleanings in the same visit. We canceled all of our appointments I would recommend not going to this practice. Zero star review.

Came in today for a cleaning Tammy was amazing as always. Had her last time she was patient, curteous,and gentle. I will make sure I ask for her next time.
