Howard County Smiles: Ray M. Becker, DDS

I’ve been going to Howard County Smiles for a couple of years, and they’re very different from other dental practices I’ve experienced. In the past, I only received what insurance covered, which I now realize was limiting and often led to recurring issues. While I spend a bit more here, the quality of the work, materials, and long-term results have been well worth it because I have the best dental health I’ve had as an adult. The team goes above and beyond to make visits comfortable, using modern equipment that makes procedures much more pleasant. The hygienists are gentle, conscientious, and offer helpful recommendations. I also really appreciate their same-day, in-house crowns so no temporary crowns or extra appointments. After reading over the reviews for this office I decided to give them a shot. I’ve had my experiences with dentists and by far this place has blown me away! I did have to schedule my first appointment a couple weeks out I think they said one of their hygienist was out on maternity leave, which congrats to them! They had the option of a priority list which was a nice feature that they did follow through on. When something became available and I asked for at least 24 hour notice they did just that. I was able to get in sooner and see what all these good reviews were talking about. Every single person I interacted with whether it was the ladies at the front, the assistant Jacinda, Dr. Bre, or even the person walking by in the hall was so kind. All staff members and Dr. Bre were very personable. They made me feel at ease and took time to thoroughly explain all procedures. They did not make me feel like I was just another set of teeth. I have never had a dental experience that comes close to this one.

I have heard about Howard County Smiles and Dr. Becker for years and finally decided to make an appointment to fix a couple teeth. I have to say, that was far the best dental experience I have ever had! I can’t imagine there is a better dentist out there than Dr. Becker. His attention to detail, his focus on the procedure, his level of precision, and his quest to make my mouth as perfect as it could be was obvious. He is truly a master of his craft!
