Dr. German takes time with his patients and explains everything. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in his waiting room which I am very appreciative for. He ensures you are comfortable before and after the procedure. He is very good with anxious patients.the staff is awesome as well. I am having my second implant and 2 of my children had their wisdom teeth removed by him. I trust all my oral surgical needs to him and his staff.

Very thorough in history taking and exams. The procedure went well and they checked on me several times post op and I even had a follow up appointment. Dr Neil and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Dear Howard County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, I am submitting this letter as a formal grievance regarding my recent experience while attempting to schedule an oral surgery appointment for my daughter. On [2/3/2026] I contacted your office to schedule an appointment for my daughter, who requires oral surgery. This referral was provided by her primary dentist, Dentistry of Columbia for Kids, who specifically recommended Dr. Paul German for the procedure. During my call, I spoke with a staff member who appeared to be either a scheduling or billing representative. She asked standard intake questions regarding my daughter and the referring provider. I had a great experience with this office. I was nervous to get my wisdom teeth out, but the staff, including the nurse Edy, was very professional which put me at ease. The worst part was the pain from getting the IV put in. The whole process was smooth and stress free, from the time I checked in to when they called me after I got home from the surgery. I’m on day 2 now and recovering well with no problems. I’d recommend this office and Dr. Neil.

Dr.Niel and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind. They all made both my daughters (ages 11 and 15) feel comfortable during their extraction procedures.
