This facility is in no way handicap ♿ accessible. The parking is on gravel, the path is on rough torn up concrete and black top. The door to enter is cumbersome hard to get a wheel chair through. The office was hot.

Please let me know where I can access my medical records from Dr. Bruckner since he closed his office. I paid the $15 to have them sent to me just before the office closed and they never arrived.
