These guys are the best! They fixes my LV bag that LV store said was not repairable! Looks like a new bag. Not cheap, but the work is excellent! If you want your leather goods come back to life and look like new - these guys are go to! 10 stars!

Took my wife’s new Loubotin boots to have sole protectors put on them and they did not take care of the boots properly. Got them back the leather scratched and the sole protectors were poorly placed. They also just handed to them to me like nothing, not even in a bag to protect them. It just shows that attention to detail was non existent. I simply left the store but safe to say I won’t be coming back.

I paid $30 to have my mom’s purse repaired, but it broke again the same day. I had already told the store she was traveling and needed it fixed properly. Very disappointing quality and service.

Excellent work. They managed to stretch some rough stock leather cowboy boots I havent been able to get into in a very long time, but theyre wearable again, and very comfortable. Refurbished oiled and treated the leather well too. Look and feel like new boots. Also managed to stretch a pair of dress boots I have been struggling to get a foot in. This was a much better result than I have ever gotten at Cavender's.

I brought in my suede Polo shoes, hoping they’d get a proper cleaning. I was quoted $75 for the service—which felt steep—but I decided to give them a chance. Something told me to walk away, and I should’ve listened. When I picked up the shoes, I was immediately disappointed. There were new blue stains on both the front and back, and the texture of the suede had become noticeably rough. It didn’t even look like the laces had been removed during cleaning, and the interior was completely untouched—still full of lint around the opening. The soles weren’t cleaned at all either. Maybe my expectations were too high, but for $75, I expected basic attention to detail. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place, especially if you’re bringing in sneakers.
