Im giving 3 stars for overall rating over the 12 years my son has been seen here. I usually have a good experience but today I left feeling horrible. The provider today basically talked down to me. I saw him even though I asked to see a specific provider and was assured over the phone that I would see the one I requested that did not happen. I paid a co pay to be talked down to. I do not recall getting a referral last time I was here for my son. I do understand why they called me back and it was necessary but the delivery once there made me feel awful. Reiterating over and over again the importance for the specialist but when I called to make my son an appointment the office never received the referral. I confirmed the FAX my son office had on file and it was wrong. The phone number and ad

A terrible and unacceptable experience. The front desk did not treat us at all, no communication, just told us to “sit down” while staring at us with annoyed faces the entire time. I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment, waited 40 minutes, and was then told I’d be seen at 3:00. Disrespectful, rude, and completely disorganized. I will never return and do not recommend this office to anyone.

I’ve been talking my daughter to this Dr office since she was a toddler about 3 yrs old and now she 17. All the ladies at the front desk also the ladies in the back and doctors are so sweet kind loving and caring. I’m going to miss there smiles when my daughter turn 18 cause she can’t no longer be seen by the office cause she will be to old. Ladies and Dr’s keep taking care of all the babies. What a great job you’ll doing.

I have always had a phenomenal experience coming here with my kids. The staff are very wonderful and always give above and beyond great customer experience! The doctors always listen to all of your concerns and answer every question I have with no hesitation! Huge thanks to this facility for always taking great care of my children. Not to mention that I also used to be patient here when I was a kid, that’s how wonderful this experience has been, I had to make sure to also bring my kids ☺️

Love bringing my daughter to this pediatric. All of the doctors and staff are very attentive and patient. My daughter doesn’t even cry when receiving vaccines, she loves it here!
