Houston Northwest Primary Care

I have used Dr. Han for over 10 years. He is an excellent primary care Doctor. I have read reviews about the office staff. They are not the best office staff by any means but Dr. Han is worth putting up with them. They tend to visit among themselves in front of customers. They get the job done although not very enthusiastically which is the reason for 4 stars, but I get in to see a great Doctor that truly helps me. Dr. Han gets 5 stars. His nurses are always good too. He is thorough, doesn’t rush and is very caring. Maybe one day the staff will measure up to Dr. Han and the other good doctors at this clinic.

If I could leave -stars I would, but google doesn't make it possible. Where do I begin to describe the callous, thin, strange, and unusual experience of making an appointment at this practice? No place I start, either middle, beginning or end will cover it. Let's see-if you leave a message for scheduling you will NEVER (STRIKE *NEVER* and say MAYBE/PERHAPS/SOMETIME/POSSIBLY. SEE UPDATE BELOW) get a call back. If you attempt to schedule online you will NEVER get an appointment. If you call scheduling between 4:30 and 5:00pm you will get either voicemail or the answering service because they NEVER answer the phone ( the scheduling staff) after 4:30pm...but they say they are open until 5:00pm. You had better ask scheduling for any special arrangements for your visit on your own, like measur

Love Dr Westbrook and Bonnie. Since moving and I am assuming have been purchased by large health care provider the service is horrible. More than an hour wait for appointments. Staff is rude. Have tried to refill a prescription for more than a week. Absolutely no response. The waiting room is very small and dismal. Cut back on staff I guess to save the bucks.

Dr Youngblood is and excellent doctor. The staff, the communication, the computer system is pathetic. I am so GLAD Kelsey Seybold takes BCBS again!!!!

best office in town everyone is so sweet and nice and very carrying.
