Houston Northwest Dental Center

I was referred to this dentist by my insurance company. This was a trouble mistake. At first the reception was very polite and sweet but after one visit this all changed. They have very out-dated computer systems and were very slow about getting to my insurance about approval for treatment. After 3 weeks they still had no called me back to set up a follow up appointment. When I called to see what the hold up was, the reception told me that my insurance told them it would take 4 weeks to get approval for any procedure that I need it done. So I called my insurance company and asked , "Why so long?" My insurance informed me that the dental office didn't send all the necessary paperwork to get approved.
