Houston Methodist West Hospital - Medical Office Building 1

Very bad service. We were here for our sister’s delivery and there was no Paediatrician available for the new born. Staff is not friendly at all. Nurses would not respond or listen if you ask them or call them. They would take ages to respond and that too really rude once they get there. This hospital use to be good when we first visited 5 years ago. But I believe the owner changed or something has happened which brought it down to the lowest . I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Very bad and trash service.

When we retired to Central Texas, we wanted to find a place where we could get all of our medical care in one place. We chose Houston Methodist West and we’re so glad we did. Only a little more than an hour’s drive away from Weimar, we have first class primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, orthopedics and probably more that thankfully, we haven’t needed yet! Most of our doctors utilize MyChart which makes keeping track of appointments, test results and messages so easy. The staff are always friendly, free parking is always available and they take great care of us!

excellent doctors but if you want to get to your appointment you must arrive with a lot of time because it is terrible to find parking this makes your day change
