The management is purely commercial. Went for an annual physical and charged me for an additional (on top of charging my insurance on physical) doctor’s visit just because I mentioned that i have been having heartburn issues lately. That too only after the doctor asked me if i had any issues. He never mentioned that they would charge me if I told him about this on top of my annual visit charges. When I talked to management about it, they were adamant that they charge an extra visit.

It was my first time at this office and the warmest greetings I received from the staff was what ever office Needs to be like, although I was way early for my appointment I was accommodated to be seen, the technician was pleasant and after reviewing my chart she realized we both shared the same Birthday month which made me feel more comfortable shortly after my appointment began I saw the Nurse Practitioner which was alright her professionalism was made is by far appreciated by my, she addressed All my issues's and concerns and explained to my understanding of things I wasn't aware of which was in lighting, I'll be getting some lab's done and return to see her my Next appointment with my results and next steps for me, I highly recommend this office I wanted to actually see the doctor but I

Beware. This hospital cares nothing about its patients. I went there due to heavy bleeding after my septoplasty only to be turned away by the doctor because he “didn’t want to mess with another surgeons work”. They did nothing in my time of need but turn me away and then send me a $1k bill as well, unbelievable…

I’ll start with non-existing parking. Drove around for 20 minutes to find where to park, ended up on the top of the garage floor only because someone was leaving. Weird smell on 3rd and 4th floors, not sure if there is any air filtering and purification is happening here. Not impressed. Would not come back.

First time here,the appointment was cancelled because they said they didn't take our kind of Humana insurance...they lied...so had to remake appointment. Showed up early for paperwork but still didn't see Dr till over n hour later. :-( (Found out that when some med ctrs get enough humana patients they turn ppl away....even after scheduling appointments.)
