I went to the lab about a week ago and I must say there is one lady that works there on smith 5 names Ruth when I say she was all on the floor walking and taking care of our answers and questions very respectful lady there always so rude there at that lab there was a incident where there was a older lady yelling and asked to speak to a manger the worker said the manager wasn’t in that’s when miss ruth came she was so calm even thought about the ones in the lab waiting and the patient then started to yell I just want to take the time and thank her for thinking of us there people like Ruth need to get recognized where was the manager when this was happening no telling. But Ruth took care of it
