I want to say that my mother who has been at this facility for four days now and myself I have very high high expectations of this facility when I walked in no smell my mother was treated as I expected with dignity and will respect with quality and all the staff on the 2 PM to 10 PM shift were exceptional the nurses and CNA Franklin or outstanding I do announce visits and I do unannounced visit And I will say this, I’ve had experiences with other facilities with my mother, but I would say this I have I also would say that do unannounced visits and do visits altogether. The housekeeping is great the food my mother says is OK but overall, I’m not saying I’m a bougie individual, but I do hold facilities to a highest standard, especially when it comes to my mother and so far so good so if you

Everyone is so kind and welcoming! Great facility and they really take care of their patients. My dad was well cared for and even provided with special activities that met his needs.

This facility has changed tremendously since my mother was admitted there in June. Gary the receptionist is wonderful and has been very helpful since my mother was admitted. Tameka who works at the front desk Is so kind and will open the front door for you when you come in and greet you and wants to get to know you. Jake in maintenance will fix whatever needs to be repaired in a patient’s room. He is very helpful and good at his job. Any questions that a patient’s family has are able to call or come in person and be sent to the correct person to discuss anything that needs to be addressed. All of the staff in there are good at what they do and they do their best to take care of the patients that are there. I have been bringing my 93 year old friend here on and off for six years and have always felt that it was above average and that we were fortunate to have it in our vicinity. But since new management took over a few months ago I have witnessed improvements beyond my wildest expectations. The place is always impeccably clean and well tended. The building is welcoming, bright and cheery, but there is a new level of maintenance and upkeep, in the halls and rooms. Understaffing seems no longer to be a problem and the staff seem less stressed as a result, happier and friendlier in general. Everyday I witness acts of kindness in the dining room and my friend feels more content to be there than before. The food is exceptionally good in its quality and variety.
