HOTWORX - Lake Charles, LA

My wife canceled her Hotworx membership in Lake Charles, LA in August. They still charged her a monthly fee for the last 2 months. We are extremely angry with how they are handling and robbing people of payments. We have all the proof here. They are trying to scam and thieve people. Be careful with this place. Watch your banks accounts close.

AAA,Where do I begin. The staff are always so friendly when I walk in, always asking about my day and always smiling happy to work. The facility is the cleanest one in the local area which shows how much the staff value their club. There isn’t a better HOTWORK I wish they had this brand in my native land of Canada. I love coming here you’re looking to join this is definitely the place to be.

Rude and will charge you no matter the circumstance! Don't get sucked in. I have been told twice they wouldn't charge me and kept charging. They would not accept a letter of cancellation from me no matter the circumstances knowing I worked for insurance after both hurricanes. They didn't care. Today I walked into to cancel and the manager was FINALLY there for me to cancel. He was extremely rude and he very apathetic. Costs me $108 to cancel my membership! DONT GO HERE!

This is a great place . Fun , different and definitely addicting. The owner and her staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable also. They make sure you are well educated about their gym and what they offer. I would highly recommend. I have had a quite a few friends to join and they loved it!

Hotworx is just what I’ve been waiting for. Fast workout with results! I feel great after my workouts and actually have time to go. The workouts are 15-30 minutes, you’re in and out with a maximum workout. So much sweating, I have had great results. The staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is clean with plenty of sanitizing products provided.
