I truly appreciate how wonderful it is to come here and work on a strength and healing goal with these people. I came to Hot Springs Sports Medicine with a painful knee that was slowing me down and keeping me from doing things I love, like hiking West Mt. I am always greeted with a smile at the front desk. Every single therapist here is knowledgeable and encouraging. They communicate as a team and can laugh together. I hear, after I graduate, I can access the equipment in open gym time they offer. That might help motivate me to keep up good habits and mobility. It's a good place with experienced and friendly people who care about my well being. It's a nice place to get better. All the staff are friendly and assist in your care. They go a step above to get u back to your health, even if they have to work u harder and spend more time with you! From greeting me at the front door to the service with my ankle with the therapist was amazing. I was able to recover with their help and I even have a little something I can add to my gym workouts. The front desk was very sweet and very helpful, I didn't have a bad experience with anyone at hot springs sports medicine Albert pike location. Betsy is the best! I had physical therapy after I total knee replacement and just recently with a back pain issue. She is patient and explains things well.
