I went to the emergency department on September 27, 2025. I went in because I have a spinal cord injury and I am having trouble sitting, walking, sleeping, and my legs keep going numb, and the back of my brain hurts very bad. Pain level is a 20 out of 10. The doctor I saw. Nathaniel Downing, DO Was the rudest doctor I have ever seen in my life. He twisted all of my words and told me that I was not able to get scanned because it was 3 AM and there was nobody there and my symptoms did not warrant calling anybody into the hospital. Given this is a very dangerous neurological case. Heart rate above 120. Doctor said he would have me arrested out of the hospital for demanding an MRI image. I wasn’t requesting medications or anything like that, I was just wanting to get my spinal cord imaged in t

Careful, if you already have a kid, but they aren't freshly born, this place will send you away. They only like the ones under a week old, and send the rest away. Not exactly what you'd expect of labor and delivery.

Ended up having a twisted stomach bowel, emitted, and rushed into emergency surgery the next morning. Doctors worked on me for hours and had to remove a section. Took about a week but Im back on my feet and can go to the bathroom on my own and eat pureed food again. Water was great when I could have it but the little Apple Juices on cruish ice after 4 days was the biggest treat. Great care and conversation the entire time. Hopefully I might be discharged soon, but I cannot speak highly enough about the care I received.

After the bad emergency experience, things got better when the patient was admitted to the Hospital and received the care they needed.

I had the most AMAZING nurse ..and Dr the hospital was clean an everyone e was so nice an took great care of me
