When I came in, they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and scheduled me for a follow up as well as provide me with a referral. I had 3 separate people confirm this. I called the referral and we couldn't align on the conditions and then I called this place to confirm my appointment and they told me no appointment had been made. I have a long history with this place, came here for multiple tests for my head, stomach and colonoscopy. I was told I have polyps on my gallbladder and to get tested for appendicitis which I didn’t have, I also received an intrauterine ultrasound here. Just this weekend I went after waking up from a really deep sleep and fearing I might be dehydrated, they needed an ultrasound to find my veins for whatever reason and keep asking if I needed lidocaine patches, which I didn’t, I left with graham crackers and apple juice! The nurses also seemed a bit nervous, also shout out Nurse Nicole she was so sweet and tucked me in and gave me warm blankets. :) I hope she is doing well.
