Horsham Center for Jewish Life

I am so impressed with the facilities and staff! Such a beautiful place! Everyone is so friendly! The rooms are clean and nice size. I am very impressed either way the PT and aide who I met. I feel that our loved one is in excellent hands!

First of all, the staff is amazing. Unfortunately there is not enough of them. They are extremely short handed. As far as cleanliness, the room is cleaned however the bedding doesn't get changed and has holes in it. The mattress didn't fit the frame, it was too big, and when my husband unknowingly sat on the end it caused him to fall off. The food is mostly inedible. At one point he ordered a toasted bagel and received an untoasted bagel and a piece of toast. Whomever owns this place really needs to step up their game. If they supplemented the staff they already have they could be much better....just don't eat there.

The place looks clean. The guest bathroom in the hall was extremely clean. No fowl smells throughout the facility. Staff was very friendly to the residents & visitors. Gift shop & bistro were really nice too. Good selection of items.

Very clean. Nice well-lit activity area when you first enter the main building. Secure areas to prevent unattended n ded walkout. Wide parking spaces is nice amenity for both residents and their visitors.

My experience as a visitor has always been positive. The facility is clean, attractive, and well managed. The nursing staff is competent, helpful, and pleasant. Patient care and attention is impressive. Physical.therapy staff is excellent. .
