Dr. Craig Amnott & Dr. Lauren Yunker are fantastic people. This office consistently provides workmanship excellence as a unit. They are constantly treating people like family. Well done.

First and foremost, I am not a “Ken”. I’ve been going to my pcp for years. Through my insurance and desperate, I chose this one. The first visit was good. The second visit however, I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see her past the appointment time. One of my medications had run out, so I asked for a refill. It was never called in. Nobody returned a phone call. I called the office twice, to wish there was no reply. There’s no communication there no Mutual reciprocation. It’s like you’re nonexistent. I will never revisit this office or Dr. Natalie Hersh. I don’t care if I have a gunshot one into the head, not that they’d see me or return a phone call. You are by far the worst prover that I have ever encountered. I leave the staff and my former Dr. these words, RETURN A PHONE CALL!! -999,99

I came today with both of my daughter for their physical. 10 minutes late after calling the clinic to let them know that we were late and upon arriving to the clinic we were turned away. They canceled one of my daughter’s appointment and said that they did not receive a call. Maybe their third party who answers calls had answered and did not inform them. Meanwhile when I came for my physical last week they made me wait an entire hour before even being allowed into the clinic. The front desk staff are not at all friendly and have no desire to help the patient. I was very disappointed with PA Allison McGrath for declining to seeing my daughter when I waited for her an entire hour to be seen last week. We were hoping to make this our PCP Clinica but we will have to find another place.

My first time given anyone a rating. It is sad that it has to be a negative one. I can confirm this clinic doesn’t care for their patients wellbeing. I missed a surgery because the paper work was never faxed. I asked to speak to Dr. Chang and was told she didn’t have the time to see me. I waited for over 2 hours, I’m sure if there was a way to bill my insurance for the conversation then she would have had been available. Sad not to be treated as a human being….

I have been going to this office for at least 15 years. I love my Doctor - Dr. Joanna Chan. So why 2 stars? They have recently moved to a phone service so we can no longer talk to the doctor. You call - you get passed to a this service. The personal touch is gone - they have turned into a big medical group. So sad.
