I must say - this is the place to go if you wanna go to a “Chop shop ortho” no parking so you will constantly pay to park in the garage downtown- 15 dollars and up. Cheap prices but you pay for it with your treatment! I can attest to it being dirty- ghetto and a hot mess! I did enjoy the women who worked there. They was always kind. The supplies are CHEAP- brackets was always falling off and then you have to pay money to get them put back on. I was told that my daughter would receive a new retainer after she finished treatment and that’s only because I payed up front or else I would have took her some where else! You have to stay on top of your treatment don’t expect the licensed people to do it! I never received the retainer that I was promised. Go at your own risk if you want to save so

The Dentist is caring and pays attention to detail came in for extractions and was able should I say painlessly pull the tooth. Also did my braces consultation will return next week to start. highly recommend

Staff are very nice ! The girls are my favorite, they pay attention to detail and make sure I’m satisfied with my results

Dirty facility, slow service , doctor makes ignorant comments and trys to make up for it with a joke and doesn't work. I sat there for 2 hours and nothing got done. I will never reccomend this place to anybody.

Being new to the area and attempting to become a new patient to a well known establishment, this was the absolute worst dental experience I've ever encountered. I had to reschedule 3 different times due to the doctor being late which made the wait 1 1/2+ hours, plumbing issues, and the doctor deciding to close shop for the day an hour prior to my appt. I had to pay for parking with my two year old in tow to only be disappointed every time! You really need to work on communicating effectively with your clients. I want nothing to do with Hopkins Dental! Go to Chase Brexton, they treat you like a human being.
