Hopewell Pharmacy

I have been ordering specialty, compounded Rx from Hopewell Pharmacy for a year since our son was diagnosed with ALS. The staff at Hopewell is so patient, caring, efficient, and compassionate. They have made our difficult situation easier and I have finished every phone call with them feeling truly cared for in a world that can be so difficult. I am grateful to their staff. I hope Hopewell is nice to work for, they are great to work with!

I just wanted to share my heartfelt and grateful thank you for assisting me with the issue for my husband's medicine. After going back and forth with three pharmacies yesterday, I called Hopewell and they took all my information and said we will take care of this for you and get right back to you. Within two hours they called me back, and said it will be shipped out tomorrow. They took the initiative to call the last pharmacy that had the RX (who told the prescribing doctors office they could in fact fill it, but turns out they couldn't fill it for two weeks) and get it transferred and made sure they had everything in stock to assure it could be filled and went out in the am! After a very stressful days of dealing with my husbands symptoms and needing to get this medicine asap in hopes

Can’t remember the name of lady who helped me on the phone, guessed it was Joan or Laura. Old review on 11/11/25. I need help because until now my husband’s prescription has not been delivered. We paid last month and it’s been 3 weeks already. I called again yesterday and spoke to Eric/// New Review on 11/12/25. Sorry for my review yesterday. Finally we received just received today my husband’s new prescriptions. Thank you so much Eric for all your help. The doctor for my son sent the correct prescription but they messed up and sent us the wrong prescription. The person on the phone is very rude and unprofessional and told me on the phone that the doctor did not send the correct information . The doctor sent the correct information but the pharmacy refused to admit their mistake and they think that raised their voice to intimidate you would make you think they are right. To get your medicine on time from this pharmacy is impossible and they mistreat you over the phone.

This is the fourth time that I had a problem getting my order on time. I called each time, speaking to a person to make sure there were no problems when refilling my medication. My medication has a short storage lifespan of 3 months before it expires. They told we that it would take 1 week to deliver and that I should call 1 week before my medication runs out - I got it 2 weeks after I ordered it. I told them about my problem so now they told me to order it 1 to 2 weeks before I run out. The second time I ordered it, 3 weeks went by. I called Hopewell Pharmacy and they told me that no one processed my credit card so they did not ship it - they did not bother to contact me about this - why would I place an order and not pay for it?
