Dr. Weinstein Is a great resource. She is clear and concise. She has a great way of talking to my older teenaged son with an exercise, nutrition, and sleep plan — he is focused on getting healthier and lifting weights to gain muscle. She is helping me figure out what to eat and how to stay healthy in my 50s, including adding weight training into my routine. She’s also helping me w my chronic plantar fasciitis by administering shockwave therapy on my foot. I highly recommend her if you’d like someone easy to talk to and really knowledgeable. She sends follow up emails that clearly delineate what we discussed. Super helpful.

Without getting into too much detail. Dr Weinstein was able to give me an examination and sort out what had been a perplexing and prolonged rehabilitation after separate spine and foot surgeries. Where the talented ortho surgeons knew and stuck to their different specialty body parts. Dr Weinstein was able to uniquely crossover and ascertain with a comprehensive mechanical physical, what was going right and specifically what was wrong. And what I needed to do to get back into shape. While dismissing fears I have had of a very bad long term outcome.

Dr Weinstein was able to fit me in quickly and thoroughly examined both of my Achilles, which have been bothering me for over five years.
