HOPE Pharmacy

I’ve been going to Hope Pharmacy for a while now and there’s never a line. I’m always treated with kindness and respect by each and every employee I interact with. I receive my prescriptions in a timely manner and I’ve never had an issue with them being out of stock. They remember their regulars by name and you can tell they truly care about each and every person who comes in. This is the only pharmacy I trust! Shout out to Sierra and the entire team for going above and beyond! 😊

Poor communication and poor service. Filled a prescription through their online app and while receiving an email confirming receipt of the order, did not receive communication that it would not be filled. They also never refill prescriptions within a reasonable time frame. Their operating hours aren't convenient for working people and closing on Saturday makes them even more unavailable.

Customer service is terrible! customer representative Sierra spoke to me in a very condescending way, which I felt was very unprofessional as well as unnecessary. I was confused about a prescription transfer and was only asking a question about the process in which she cut me off and didn't let me finish the part about me having already called my Dr. I don't recommend this pharmacy and will not be using it for anything again.I suggest your employees learn how to speak to people if they're gonna be in the customer service field or find a different job!

Met the owner at a event, She was very friendly. I moved to the area and she welcomed me. I transferred my prescriptions over and it was a easy process with one email. The prices are way cheaper then CVS who I was dealing with. Ms. Brown and her team are very respectful and I look forward with working with them for my family and I needs. I would definitely recommend Hope.

The staff at Hope Pharmacy worked after hours to get my baby’s prescription transferred from CVS (it was backlogged there for 2 days), and they filled like magic right before our eyes. They are compassionate and caring, and we will never use another pharmacy!
