In my 55 years this was the worst ER I have ever seen. My 18 year old anaphylactic ASU college son had severe pain and threw up blood. He was not viewed as a priority. They said his breathing, according to his vitals, was fine. Took forever to be seen by doctor and no IV was given after it was ordered by the doctor earlier. Registration came and I asked for nurse and her assistance in finding someone that could help. She told me to do it myself..I said there is no call button. She said go find a nurse at the station . I asked where that was and she replied rudely, in front of your face and continued to ask address, etc. In fact, upon registration entering the room, she just wanted to do her intake, and continued to ask questions even though we were trying to get needed assistance. It is the worst ER in Tempe. Came in with allergic reaction with Hives all over my body and half of my lips were swollen. I guess the nurse and the doctor tough i was a drug attic. I don't drink or do drugs, they told me there is nothing they can do and send me home. You getting treated at this ER like a Himan 2nd class.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for letting a very sick person leave because their insurance had not kicked in yet. I was in dire need and the PA that saw me was so rude and didn’t even come within 3 feet of me . Even with her mask on I could still see the eye roll and judgement. And of course giving me a super high bill. Maybe the PA needs to go back to school on how to deal with patients. She gave me barely any info on my condition and sent me on my way in extreme pain and constant vommiting . Even my primary doctor was shocked that I wasn’t admitted and now here I am a month later dealing with the same issue that I should have been admitted for. The doc or I mean PA was terrible and so rude. Maybe I should send her the bill for everything I am still dealing with that could have been

This place is an absolute joke! Mario the aid likes to punish the patients if you turn on your call light! They tried giving my medications to my neighbor. This place is a dump! Hand in the last 3 days I have not found anybody that is competent in their job here! Do not trust your health to these people, they will jeopardize it!

I visited the ER with sharp pain in my side, and from the moment I arrived, the care I received was outstanding. Everyone—from the check-in nurse to Dr. Hepburn and the CT techs—were professional and compassionate. I want to give a special shoutout to my ER nurse, Jessica. I have a deep fear of doctors and hospitals, but she immediately put me at ease. Her energy was upbeat yet calming, and she kept my spirits high with her friendly demeanor and great sense of humor. She was incredibly attentive, balancing professionalism with a personal touch that made all the difference. While the facility itself is a bit outdated, the quality of care was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful experience so much more manageable!
