From the time we walked in all staff was exceptional 👌 👏 Stephanie front receptionist super friendly, helpful and professional all way to the back!!! Dr. Jason Wong is such a pleasant, kind and professional family physician. He listens and works with you to make sure to take care of all your needs. Making sure the patient needs are met and patient feels like he has covered all questions!!!! I am glad I found him to take care of my whole family. He works with each patient and most importantly making the care individualized for each patient. He is worth the drive as we live far in the east valley. I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. Talking with staff at this office is an absolute joke. As of today, I still haven't received a phone call from my request from over a week ago. I couldn't get anyone by phone so I went to the office, still no phone call. I called today to speak to someone about a different issue, I was hung up on, transferred around and no results. I like Dr. Wong so the fact that I feel like I need to change Dr.s over it is disappointing. If you want to discuss my review, call me. I'm not going to email you!

I appreciate Dr.Wang's professional skill and sense of responsibility. He is very kind and trustworthy. The front desk and the nurses are very polite and welcoming, also they kept everything going very efficiently and well organizing. I had a great experience with everyone in this office and Dr.Wang is my PCP now. Strongly recommend!
