Hometown Veterinary Partners Crestwood

We were looking for a new vet for our dog because our original vet in Kirkwood prices were climbing higher and higher, and I felt pressured to always get the extra things. We tried Hometown Vet as we can nearly walk there and knew they were taking new patients which nearly none in Crestwood, Sunset Hills, or Kirkwood are and they were lovely. They were easy to schedule online and get into, the staff were friendly and kind, and the annual vet experience was thorough. I would definitely recommend them. They also don’t make you purchase your dogs prescriptions only from them, which is also saving me a lot of money now that I can order them online vs. the old vet’s pricing.

Dr. Wessels and the entire team at Hometown Veterinary Partners have been incredible. They took the time to truly listen, carefully evaluate my little cat, and ultimately discovered a congenital heart defect that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. I’m so grateful for their compassion, expertise, and communication — I genuinely feel like I have a trusted partner in my cat’s well-being now.

Dr Wessels is one of our favorite vets we followed her over from Banfield. Her bedside banner and care for the dogs is wonderful.

I brought my geriatric dog for an initial visit with Dr. Wessels. She gave me the time to ask questions and to express concerns regarding the latest series of events. She was sensitive and compassionate to the issues. We came up with a plan with which I am comfortable moving forward. Her practice has an app that helps keep up with updates and communication. Great service and prices! Made my dog's vet care visit a breeze and Dr. Wessels was really patient with my scared little puppy!
