I just was there and Ambrosia the receptionist was very kind. Nurse Gabby also kind. Dr. Jim S was exceptionally generous, kind and caring. I was in and out. But to actually see kind, smiling faces was wonderful! If I'm ever in need of exceptional care ..I will be going here!! Thank You All for caring

I really wasn't feeling well due to strep throat. All of the staff were very kind and compassionate and got me on my way quickly so I could fill my prescriptions and get to feeling better. Visit was great. Will be back for any urgent care needs

from the time I entered the urgent care until I left, the staff the nurses and the provider were exceptional. The provider explained everything in detail. I’m So glad that we have this urgent care in Cuyahoga Falls

Took my son here for a horrible cough that had been going on for 10 days. The dr said he “must be at the end of it”, gave a 2 day excuse for school and sent us out. I called back another 10 days later since the cough is still going on and obviously not viral at this point, and they said all we can do is pay for another visit. Won’t give any antibiotics. Refusing to give any actual help unless you pay for multiple visits is ridiculous. I won’t use this service again, just go to an actual doctor don’t waste your time here.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, kind, understanding, thorough, and educated. I will definitely make this my go to urgent care facility.
