Andrea, Heidi and the team are the best! They have been our pharmacists for many years. They are kind and caring, no matter how cranky their clients are with them and they have been known to work miracles with insurance companies and doctor offices. Andrea is my go to person for advice about meds, supplements and vaccinations/boosters. The ladies have been amazing throughout what has been a difficult merger. We appreciate them so much!

We love Hometown Pharmacy. The staff is super friendly, they know your name, and even after a rough transition to their new location, it still feels like a friendly local pharmacy. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

The transition from Hometown Pharmacy's acquisition of Munson properties has left a bad taste, like bitter medicine. From a customer perspective, it felt like the acquisition and transition was rushed and handled poorly. Staff had one day expressed being surprised by the news that their company had made such a big acquisition, and then within a month were surprised that their location would be consolidated with another. Since the consolidation, staff have been clearly overworked with doubled workloads, resulting in significantly longer wait times for customers. When speaking with staff, it seemed like though many were working with significantly larger expectations, they were offered barely anything more in terms of wages (if anything at all). Went in to get 2 prescriptions filled, one the pharmacist said she thought it was the wrong one ordered by my doctor. She said it was very expensive and not ordered by most doctors. The called and help me get a much more affordable prescription and were very pleasant to deal with all of the staff at Home Town Pharmacy.

Excellent Pharmacy with the best of a 'small town' feel! With seeming ease and kindness, they saved our vacation!! They connected seamlessly with our Ann Arbor prescribers to refill prescriptions, answered our many questions, and had what we needed in stock.
