Good medial professionals with a profoundly dysfunctional severely understaffed customer facing team. Management can fix this years long matter

Been going to the doctor in this building since I was a kid. The doctor has changed, but they are all still wonderful. Always a great experience.

1. I've been seeing Heather Sedgwick, FNP as my primary caregiver for approximately 3 years. We moved from Suttons Bay to the Acme area & I was ready for a change in my primary care provider. Crystal Lake had an office just down the road from our house. Heather is the best. In fact, I like her so much I'm now driving back to Suttons Bay to see her since her office location changed. She's professional & personable. She honestly seems to care & no question goes unanswered. One of the best things is that Heather truly listens to what I have to say. She provides her recommendations & also considers what I request. 2. I also see Dr. Mathew Jackson, DO for cortisone injections, when needed for carpal tunnel issues in both hands. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Jackson. What I truly like is that

Website says walk-ins welcomed. Upon arrival we were told no walk-ins and the receptionist was extremely rude when we asked if she knew of a place that took walk-ins.
