This is a great place to get your prescriptions. Quick and easy in and out. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Fadya always goes out of her way for me. I definitely give Hometown Pharmacy two thumbs up!

We have been using this pharmacy since way back when it was Don Brady Drugs, it's nice to see that the "neighborhood" drug store is still here. We feel that we are not just a number here and are always taken care of if there is a problem, especially with the insurance company part of it. The staff here is so warm and friendly and they talk to us by first name. Even though we have never used another pharmacy we can't imagine any way possible that they can top this place. Love Hometown pharmacy in Saginaw and their staff. They are always great to deal with. My family has a few uncommon medication needs and they have gone above and beyond to keep it stocked for us. Local, friendly and so much better than waiting inline at the big pharmacies. Highly recommend!

Denise Should Not Be in This Job! I’ve been getting the same medication filled at this pharmacy for months without issue—until I had the extreme misfortune of dealing with Denise. Her attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and downright hostile. Instead of calmly addressing any concern, she spoke over me, accused me of doing something illegal, and acted like she was itching to pick a fight. Let’s be clear: this pharmacy had been filling my California provider’s prescription without question. Denise decided that day to make a scene and block my access to a medication I rely on—not based on any new policy, but seemingly to flex authority and humiliate a customer. She showed zero compassion, no willingness to listen, and treated me like a criminal for following the exact same process the

I’ve been using HomeTown Pharmacy now for about 5 years. They have the most wonderful customer service, the team is always so patient and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve gone in with problems and always come out with suggestions from the pharmacist and her team. They know my family now and make it a pleasant experience each time we’re in there.
