Don't know what changed here,but I know I'm changing pharmacies! Went to ER Sunday they emailed a script for me, tried to call Monday after 3 attempts the gal said they were working on it, asked if they would let me know when I could come and get,no phone call. My wife decided to drive down there and they had to pull the email to fill it and it would take a half hour 🤨

They NEVER answer phone, & it goes to long phone tree. Good luck EVER reaching somebody there by phone. Significant downgrade from previous management.

Since hometown pharmacy has taken over this location service has gone downhill. I really tried to stay local, but they are genuinely unhelpful. Shop somewhere else. Family Fare at Chums Corners, perhaps. Your local swap witch. ANYWHERE but this corporation.

The old staff were kind and new who you were, the women at the counter today almost gave me someone else's prescription. The hours are short.

I choose this pharmacy for several reasons when I required an out of town script filled. I was here for a short vacation and required a new prescription. They did an exceptional job! They filled it rapidly (right away actuality) and were very friendly. To top off the service bonanza, the pharmacist herself checked me out and after assuring that I had no questions, she presented me a calendar that she had made of when to start and how many to take each day as it required dosage changes! Thank you for your exceptional care of an out of town guest!
