Had a good experience here: Transferred a prescription from another pharmacy that was out of stock. They efficiently sorted out insurance, etc, but copay was $112. They then took it upon themselves to use a price comparison tool to find the drug listed at a lower price elsewhere, and then matched that lower price. Also they figured out the amount prescribed was more than required for the dosage prescribed. Saved me $80. And they did all that and had the prescription ready in about 10 minutes.

We used another pharmacy for my dad's medicines for years. At his new home we had to switch to Hometown. His medication costs DOUBLED - with exactly the same insurance. When I called the first time to find out why it was so much the woman was very rude. She did finally change a code on one medication which saved him $7. I am so disappointed for someone on a low income to be forced to pay these prices. Will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Chelsea is my second Hometown Pharmacy; I moved to Manchester MI in 2008, and had a wonderful experience with Manchester Pharmacy for 6 years. Upon moving to Chelsea in 2014, I knew right away I'd continue with Chelsea Pharmacy. Both Jay in Manchester and Alissa in Chelsea are so knowledgeable and understanding--and the staff in both places are friendly and caring. I'm in safe hands with these two pharmacies--highly recommended!

I love my pharmacy. The staff is always pleasant, and helpful. Would recommend them to friend's. There's a little of everything there.

Always quick on filling/refilling prescriptions. I find things I can’t find at other stores, like pocket size packets of Kleenex and nylon stockings! Thank you for being helpful.
