Hometown Pharmacy

This is a great pharmacy. I have never actually been in because THEY DELIVER! I would say that is the most amazing thing about this pharmacy but that would be selling the staff short. They are always very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They always seem to go the extra mile when you need it. Very helpful with trying to navigate with insurance companies and the doctors. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in Lexington.

Hands-down, the entire staff it’s like no other. Everybody is treated the same and they are beyond quick and the kindest people you will ever talk to. I would never go to any other pharmacy again. Joline deserves a raise times 100! And they give my dog a treat when I go through the drive-through which she looks forward to every time we pull into the parking lot. As well as better prices than most!

I shopped here for the first time today and felt the need to review my experience. Jolene was amazingly helpful and professional! I felt taken care of and respected as a customer. Through staying patient through my usual 100 questions, and offering tons of helpful medical advice about each product I was purchasing, was absolutely amazing and what the standard for every business should be! Super appreciated. Will be back.

I really like Hometown Pharmacy because of how easy it is to refill prescriptions and go to get them without any trouble, but I’m only giving 4 stars because their hours are really frustrating and difficult to deal with. They open way too late and close way too early for me. I get to my workplace at 7:35am and leave around 6:30pm. They open at 9am and close at 6pm. I cannot get my meds without having someone else get them for me during the week, and they are closed on weekends. It’s just way too inconvenient. Again, I really like Hometown Pharmacy, but I will be switching to a pharmacy with better hours.

Made the Switch from large chain pharmacy, The Staff at Richmond Rd are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. "Joline " is awsome, I had a issue with one brand of my medications giving me nasty side effects that the other chain pharmacy dispenses. And they would not work with me about obtaining another brand that negates these effects. Joline went above and beyond to obtain me a brand that doesnt cause these side effects. Plus they were $15 CHEAPER then I had been paying for years. My wife and I are now loyal customers!!
