Horrible customer service!!! Rude and unprofessional! Watched the customer in front of me being yelled at for asking questions! When she walked away to get something off shelf two ladies behind counter started talking badly about her within ear shot of the customer and others waiting. When it was my turn the lady behind the counter asked my name and walked away without coming back. When I walked to the other counter to ask how long it would be, I was greeted with rudeness and disconcern. I returned in the 30 min window I was told to and was treated with disrespect again. Oh and my prescriptions were forgotten about so I had to wait another 30 min. Will not be back!

Since your recent takeover, with very little notice, I found out that you will not be refilling my popular med. The explanation given to me was that it gave you to low of a profit margin. However, I still get regular annoying texts from you reminding me to get my refill with you. Yes, for the same drug that you refuse to sell. Very unimpressed with you so far.

After years of feeling like pharmacies were playing games and holding my meds hostage I switched to Hometown pharmacy. A pharmacy that actually contacts your doctor for refills. They are dependable, friendly, everything a pharmacy should be but hasn't been in the past. I can trust them with mine and my family's medications. No more being off of our medication waiting for the pharmacy to "figure out insurance issues". I would highly, highly recommend them.

Staff stiff & unfriendly. Pharmacist has no interaction with physicians. Prescription unfilled due to unavailability goes dormant with no notification to Dr prescribing or customer. Could not find prescription & told us to go drive around for awhile until they could find it.

Our only pharmacy. Always friendly and professional service. Our questions are always answered. We are very comfortable with all the pharmacists. Just excellent COVID service at the drive up window. A great way to keep healthy!
