Everyone at Hometown Pediatrics is truly incredible. The staff goes above and beyond every single time. The nurses always call me back right away, which means so much as a parent, and they are consistently polite, patient, and incredibly kind. Dr. Smith is hands down one of my favorite humans! Dr. Smith is such a genuine person, she is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and so reassuring. We feel so lucky to have our children cared for by such an amazing team!

A WONDERFUL pediatrician's office. Once you're an established patient, it's very easy to get a hold of the staff. They always pick up the phone, and they are also quick to respond on the patient portal, Appointments are usually not difficult to come by (even if you might need one the same day). The entire team of nurses and staff are all personable and highly professional. They have several physicians, so it's best to read the doctors’ bios and request the one who resonates best with you/your kiddo(s). We personally LOVE Dr. Hathaway. She is so sweet, friendly, and has a great rapport with our little one. She is straightforward but also empathic & relatable. She is attentive & always listens to us and explains things thoroughly. Pro-vaccine, but conservative & never pushy with medication

They’ve always been very helpful and understanding with my kids and made them feel comfortable. They are always able to get me in for a sick appointment and Dr Hathaway does a great job answering our questions and explaining things. I’ve been able to get in touch with someone through the after hours line when needed as well. Highly recommend.

My 3 kids see Dr. Moore and she is such a good doctor. Takes her time, is very personable with the kids. They love her! We have also seen Dr. John for sick visits and he is great as well. I love how to the point he is. He was really nice to my kids and told me exactly how to make her feel better. We picked up the medicine and she is already so much better.

My daughter who is now 4 has been under Dr. Kristie R. Chandler care since she was born and we have been incredibly grateful for all of the years of awesome care. Dr. Kristie R. Chandler is very sweet and gentle with our baby girl and takes the time to hear us out and answer any questions we have. This office is wonderful and all of the staff are very kind and organized. I highly recommend Hometown Pediatrics
