Hometown Family Dental Centers

Hometown dental is a good dentist. I've been a patient there for 10years and they've done good work. My only issue is that they can let things slide if is not immediately necessary. They allowed an approval to expire for work I wanted done this year. They resubmitted it and I hope there is enough time this year to get it done so I can use all the funds this year. Other than that, they do good work.

My daughter really enjoyed her experience getting her teeth pulled. The dentist was enthusiastic, professional, and well with dentistry. I would recommend him to continue to refer him.

Do not go to the Vass office! They are very unorganized at the front desk. I called and had to leave a message at 1:30...(their lunch is until 2pm). I still had not gotten a call back at 4pm, so I called again. The same answering machine says to leave a message for returning patients. I decide to call again and choose option 3 which is "other" and finally get someone to answer. My son had fillings done last Wednesday and the Dentist told him that if he had any problems to come back and it would be a quick fix. Today is Monday and they can't see him until Thursday afternoon! He has been taking Tylenol 3x a day because of this ( he rarely takes pain relievers) and the whole left side is throbbing that he can barely eat. If I could give zero stars I would! One of the worst experiences I ever had! The dentist who did my fillings had absolutely no bedside manners, didn’t explain anything at all even after I told him I was nervous and had avoided the dentist for years cause of my fear of them. The nurses were hanging around me, laughing and joking like I wasn’t even there. They botched my filling somehow and have left me in pain for the last 3 weeks! Found a new dentist cause I refuse to step foot in their office ever again! Would 10/10 NOT recommend them!!!!! They also had very little patience for my 6 year old when I took her before this happened to me!
