Coopers Pharmacy

They always have my medications in stock and are incredibly dependable. In a small town, it means a lot to have a pharmacy you can trust, and they consistently go above and beyond. Highly recommend this community drug store.

Place has steadily gone downhill in recent years. The aisles are blocked off like a maze to get to the counter now, and no matter what, you'll have to wait to get your prescription. Went to pick up prescription today, 6 hours after it was called in by the dr, and was told I would have to wait for it to be filled still. When I asked why, since it had been called in hours earlier, and was told they spend the mornings working on deliveries, and dont fill others till later, even though we need prescriptions too. Poor, poor customer service. This will be the last time I EVER use this pharmacy.

It's a shame how it's gone downhill. It's so dirty now, and how you walk through to make a purchase makes no sense. They put in too many florescent lights. I avoid going in person. I really appreciate the delivery service. That's 5 stars. In person is a 2-star experience. I hope they sell it soon to someone who wants to provide quality service to the community.

I recently had a horrible experience with pharmacist rolling her eyes and being disrespectful as my son handed her phone and as I was talking she put phone down me still talking. I recently got to go on trip with my family just for day. I forgot my pocket book on back my son’s car. Needless say two hours home an I couldn’t find my pocket book . My medicine was in it. I went dr explained what happened the med was not a narcotic it was for nerve pain in my legs and feet. My dr office got call from coopers and the woman I talked to said I was dr shopping a they didn’t even know the truth an I tried tell them. The Doctor that called it in is in same office as other dr.
