Superb customer service. We've been buying our insurance products from Homer Insurance since 1991 and they've been consistently quick, responsive, and thorough.

Unfortunately this company has caused me issues with my insurance needs. It started with the original work comp agency they use for their customers, Alaska National. This company had terrible record keeping with payments and sent me to collections even though my bills were paid in full. I requested another work comp provider. Homer Insurance refused. I went elsewhere. Then, they failed to get a new general liability policy up and running last year as I requested. They kept giving me the run around making me wait over a month for a quote and cost me a lot of money as I had to turn down work waiting for them to get a quote for me to pay my payment.
