Homer G. Phillips Memorial Hospital

I went to the closest emergency room which is the new Homer G. Phillips Memorial Hospital. Their entire staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. Nurse Tiffany took great care of my needs. Doctor Uelk listened to me and gave good feedback. All in all no words can express the superb care and kindness that I received from this hospital. Thank you all for your service!!!

I went to the new Homer G Phillips hospital because of a potentially life threatening medical emergency. First let me tell you the reason I chose Homer G. As a medical professional (nurse over 20+ years) and an African American in St. Louis City, I knew all other ER (emergency rooms) would be full or near capacity for a city our size to have only 2 to choose from is another conversation. The wait from triage to treatment may be considerably longer and time is life, Next I had heard good things from others who were treated here. From arrival to triage was under 5 minutes and treatment began immediately. The doctors and nurses treated me with dignity and respect as a patient this is so important. They listened to my concerns. Went to the E.R!! And they made me feel so safe! The Nurses had the best bed side manners! Hope I wouldn't need to visit anyone's E R. But if I should have to again. This will definitely be it!! Keep up the good work, and God will reward each and everyone of you! Your work is not going unnoticed or in vain! God has a special Blessing for you!

I am currently inpatient at Homer at Philips and it was been such a heart warming experience! Everyone from the nurses to the doctors really take their time listening to your concerns! I especially want to that nurses, Amber (my night nurse), Tiffany and Audrey! They put a smile on my fast while I have been ill and that makes world of difference!

Went here for testing to figure something out and I was in pain and they made me do a pee sample and said they would check up on me and o was sitting in the waiting room for 40-50 mins waiting for the doctor by myself with no one to check on me while all the girls and 1 boy talk about food and what they ate and what they did this morning also accompanied by being on their phone (tik tok) laughing and talking about not buisness then the doctor comes in and I get everything looked at I go home yet still to this day never got a call back to what I had bc I had swab tests done. Never got the information on those back. Idk if there’s a patient in the hospital and even if it’s just 1 person be more respectful and do your job and check in on people not only when the doctor decided to show up you
