Homecrest V&I Pharmacy

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. Not only did they try to charge me for medication that was already covered by insurance, but they also charged my dad without properly informing him. Additionally, the staff was rude and unhelpful. One employee, a guy with yellow hair, seemed more interested in playing on his phone than assisting customers. On top of that, their behavior was extremely discriminatory, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This kind of unprofessional and offensive conduct is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

The worst pharmacy ever they are rude to customers. They are racist to people and they charge extra money. Even if your medicine is covered by insurance they are on their phone they smoke this the shop smells bad to the employees accuses you of stealing, even if you did not steal, they are racism to Muslims to Jewish people even Christians the utmost, disrespect the employees don’t care they’re on the phone they’re glued to the phone they charge you extra bills they charge me 30$ on a feee medicine

They are very disrespectful every road and the employees charge your money. Even if your medicals are paid by the insurance they are rude they’re always on the phone did you not listen they charged me $30 and $100 on some medicine that later I found out it was covered by insurance. They lie to your face. The shop is very small. The shop is very stinky and the employees are extremely extremely rude. They are very disrespectful. This goodness should not be tolerated by anyone.

I would give a zero star if I could, I understand that everyone has a bad day, but this level of disrespect was shocking. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business if you value basic courtesy and respect in customer service. There are plenty of other options where customers are treated with dignity. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good pharmacy. You can walk in with your script, and walk out with your meds 5 minutes later. You don't have to "come back in two hours" like the big boys Rite Aid and Duane Reade. Also, if your script is recurring, they usually have the refills ready for you before you even come in for them. The thing that really tops the cake, they call your doctor to refill the script when they give you the last refill.
