If I could give a zero I would. Was told by physician they would be out to assist me as a new ostomy patient within a couple days from hospital discharge. Physician put in the order for their service three times and they still said they didn’t get an order. Called my other physician who put in the order again. They still did not come. They finally came out after I called them just to see what supplies I would need and set up physical therapy (that I didn’t need). Never had assistance with assuring I was applying the ostomy equipment correctly as a new ostomy patient, even though my physician ordered this. When I called I was rudely told there was no nursing order and they were just to supply the ostomy equipment. The nurse in charge kept talking over me when I tried to explain. She still
