Aspen Dental - Pikeville, KY

Pros Good dentist. Cons It’s very corporate style, don’t be surprised if you feel like they just want your money. At the end of the day that’s what the employer wants the employees to do. I like seeing staff members that like the jobs they have. Overall? I got what I needed. If you need them they are there. It’s very straightforward, pay me and I will help you. Some people prefer this style while others like a more personable experience. Think about it this way. Family dentistry - Human, warm, flexible. Corporate dentistry - Policy-driven, efficient, less flexible.

The time it took from start to finish was roughly 2 months. The first two days of wearing the dentures my face a jaw was so sore I had to resort to my old pair. I went in for an adjustment that helped at the time but was no where near where they should be. I cant really describe where it hurts because my mouth is so sore. Insurance will only replace dentures every 5 years and only pay half at best. All of the staff was nice and tried but now I'm stuck working on these daily, trying to keep them from hurting.

Let me start by saying I’ve came here for years. I do not have lots of money or insurance but they always treat me amazing and do everything they can to help me. I started my journey with a partial years ago and now I’m getting dentures and they have been amazing every step of the way. My temporary partial lasted me years before I went and bought my permanent one. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere! I have terrible anxiety but I feel right at home here

I had an appointment with them (Pikeville KY). It was my first time going to them and my experience was awesome. Everyone was super sweet and caring. The bed side manners was amazing. There wasn't a bad experience. It was all good and I was embarrassed of my teeth but they made me feel comfortable and like my teeth was worth a million dollars lol. I'm glad I chose them to help me get my smile back :) thank you to everyone that was working yesterday (11/26/2025).

Today was my first visit at Aspen Dental. I had a very thorough evaluation. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness displayed by all of the staff. I will definitely be returning for future visits. Thank you, Aspen Dental, for caring about my oral health and taking the time to answer all of my questions.
