Holzer is a wonderful place to work. I have been part of the Holzer Health System Family for over 6 years and I have never worked in an environment that is so caring and attentive to their patients. Holzer is a great place to work. Employees genuinely care about the patient and are invested in good outcomes for each of them. Our mission is 'Friendly Visits, Excellent Care, Every Patient, Every Time' and we all strive to exemplify that mission for the good of our community. I've been a Holzer Team Member for nearly 24 years. I wouldn't have stayed this long if it wasn't a great place to work!

Working at Holzer is like being with family at work! Everyone has the same goal each day and that is to deliver the best care for our patients in all aspects. From scheduling, office visits and procedures, to follow up phone calls from providers, everyone strives to do their best and make each person feel like a part of our big Holzer family. I enjoy working here, and plan to continue my career here at home.

I have worked at Holzer for 12 years and love it. Currently I do the Meds to Beds program and help patients get their discharge medications before they leave the hospital. I work with nurses, doctors, social workers, and the pharmacy to make all that happen. Everyone I work with has the patients best interests at heart and we work as a team to make sure they are well taken care of. I think benefits here are awesome. I love coming to work everyday and plan to spend many, many more years here!

I have been with Holzer Health System for the past 12 years and what I like most about working at Holzer is we are family. I believe in the mission that Dr. Holzer directed in “The Patient is the Center of All We Do.” As an employee I believe in treating our patients like our family members and making sure they are receiving the best possible care we can give. This holds true to our mission statement today of “Friendly Visits, Excellent Care, Every Patient, Every Time.” Holzer Health System is an excellent place to work and grow in a career.
