Fruth Pharmacy

Always had a hard time getting any of my medicine the daughters epipens was there for a month and no one called me to say it was in. The pharmacist says one thing the younger girl couldn't tell me what I needed to do to get my medicine. My daughter use to always get meds filled so they know her medicine they would say it will be here the next day again no one even reached out. Went in numberous time in same day to get medicine and still didn't get them so of course I get attitude and the male pharmacist said to use another pharmacy wont even listen to my I was mad or try to fix it. Make since to why all the others have closed.

Not my favorite pharmacy but not alot to choose from here in gallipolis . Always given a hard time , I guess bc this is a high drug are being that it's on the river separating Ohio and West Virginia, but im always given a hard time when I pick up my prescriptions that I have been on for 4 years now and it's every time I go 2 times a month every month I get questioned and look at like im doing something wrong . I would switch pharmacies if I could but there's only one other to choose from (walmart) and there always so busy so I don't like to even go in walmart most days so im kinda stuck .

I have nothing but good things to say about gallipolis fruths. The pharmacist are great the techs are great. If I could give it six stars I would. They have helped me tremendously.

Terrible. I will be transferring my prescriptions ASAP. I refill my prescriptions online and they are never ready on time. When you refill online and mark "as soon as possible" for pickup, it says the prescription will be ready by a certain time. My prescription is NEVER ready by that time. They also ran out of my (monthly) prescription. I now have to wait 3 days for something I need to take today. They should have ordered more the last time I refilled as I refill the same time every month. UPDATE: I, stupidly, did not transfer my prescription right away. This is the second time Fruth has failed to stock my recurring prescription. I will be calling to speak to the head of the pharmacy and file a complaint. I used to like this pharmacy, actually the pharmacy is good with my weekly medicine. However, the other workers at the front of the store like to accuse people of stealing. I do not like the way I was treated, ive been going to that pharmacy for a very long time ,every week. Never had a problem till today. I was browsing the make up, and Miranda Call and another employee was following me like I was a theift.very bad customer service.
