I have nothing but good things to say about the team in Holyoke. Everyone I have met has been nothing but kind to myself and my mother who is in their care. They're here for my mother but I can also say they're here for me as well. From the nurses that visit to the team at the headquarters I have only encountered greatness. My mother has been sick for some time now and unfortunately I have been witness to the lack of caring so many doctors and facilities have for their patients. This is where holyoke hospice vna differs. I've been my mothers care taker for years and there's thing that I know that doctors don't about her and vise versa. The team at hospice has treated me like part of their team and listened to my thoughts on things and took advantage of my knowledge of my mother. Their ca
