Everyone was so helpful, professional, and kind. I will absolutely come back here for future eye exams, very highly recommend this or the Enfield, CT location. The exam was thorough and didn't feel rushed at all and they even cleaned up and tightened my current pair of glasses. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed but also felt like they informed me of all my options, which I greatly appreciate.

I’ve been coming to LensCrafters after visiting a few different private practices over the years. No complaints about these places, though my glasses were quite pricey from all of them. At LensCrafters, scheduling an appointment online is very easy and convenient. Text reminders are given and appreciated. Once in the office, I was seen quickly, and my optometrist, Dr. Robert Silva, was wonderful. He is thorough, gives detailed explanations, and is friendly and kind. What more could you ask for? After my exam, I easily found frames from the wide selection offered. Staff was friendly and attentive and I ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses for what I had paid for one in the past.
